4.1 Your Files Are Yours

You retain all rights and ownership of the files you upload. We only access your files to provide the services you request.

4.2 Automatic Deletion

• Non-registered users: Files are automatically deleted within 2 hours after processing • Free account users: Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing • Premium users: Files are available for 30 days, then automatically deleted • E-signature documents: Retained for 5 years to comply with legal requirements

4.3 Immediate Deletion

You can delete your files immediately at any time using the delete button provided after processing.

4.4 No Backups

We do not create backups of user files. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered.

4.5 Automated Processing

File processing is fully automated. Our staff does not access or view your file content unless you specifically request support assistance with a particular document.

We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate our service:

5.2 What We Share

Due to our automatic file deletion (files deleted within 2 hours for non-registered users), user file content is typically unavailable by the time most legal requests are processed. Account information and access logs may be retained longer.
