Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
5. Good faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
6. Accuracy statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
3. Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone number
5. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your jurisdiction
6. Agreement to accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers. An account may be considered a repeat infringer after receiving more than two valid infringement notices. We reserve the right to terminate accounts upon the first incident at our discretion.
